Emily grew up in Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Gulf Coast University. Upon graduation, she decided to pursue a path that would allow her to use her artistic abilities, and she moved to Chicago to attend the Aveda Institute.

Emily has always had a passion for beauty. Her talents and interests have led her to focus on cutting and color, and she continues to further her skills through advanced educational classes. She started working with henna hair color in 2007 as an alternative option for clients who are allergic to traditional color.

Michelle describes her style as edgy, contemporary and fashion-inspired yet wearable. Michelle says her dedication to creativity and ongoing training creates exciting coloring techniques and sharp haircuts.

Angie started doing hair in 2008 as a means to pass time until she decided what she wanted to study. Turns out she didn’t have to look much further because she absolutely loved doing hair, and fell in love with the craft. Her favorite thing about it is all of the people she has connected with and helping them feel good about the way they look. She believes a great hair day can make you feel unstoppable and she is here to help you achieve that on a day to day basis. On her free time she’s most likely hanging with her three dogs and partner planning their next adventure.

Shameka is a Tricoci graduate. Currently, she is a hair stylist in training. She has always had a passion to be a cosmetologist, and haircutting is what she enjoys the most. In her free time she likes to watch videos about cutting and coloring hair.
